The Edible Ajo School Yard (EASY) Garden

The Edible Ajo School Yard, commonly known as EASY, is located at the Ajo Elementary School. This program started in 2010 and became a mandatory class under Desert Senita Community Health Center in 2013 and is assisted by the Ajo Center for Sustainable Agriculture. In 2015 it became a Certified Garden, which means the food our students grow goes directly to the school cafeteria.
